Who: Sean McIntyre

Year: Senior

Major: Marketing

Q: Who would you want with you if you were stranded on a deserted island (& why)?

A: I would choose Eliza Thornberry from “The Wild Thornberrys” because she can talk to animals and is a great survivalist! I mean, she lived in the jungle her entire life, battled terrifying creates, and her best friend is a chimpanzee named Darwin. Plus, she saved the Rugrats when they were stranded on an island…

Q: Who is your favorite author/what is your favorite book?

A: My favorite book and author is “Lies That Chelsea Handler Told Me” by Chelsea Handler and her friends, family, and other victims. She is a goddess.

Q: What is the one thing that should be taught in school that isn’t already?

A: I think everyone needs to learn what is beyond the textbook. School is great for theory, but you actually have to experience what you are learning to gain a full perspective. Or else you are only going to believe what is in your textbook.

Q: What is the #1 most played song or artist on your iPod?

A: Denitia and Sene, a Brooklyn based indie pop duo, with their song “because we are fools.” The song has an amazing beat and makes you want to put it on repeat while wandering in the city.

Q: What is your goal for the Quad/your section this semester/year?

A: My goal as the Social Media Editor is to gain as many followers on Twitter as possible! I always get excited when I receive new followers and likes on Facebook; it makes my day!
